Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service with Classic Car Limousines ("Company," "we," "us"). By submitting a booking inquiry or reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Classic Car Limousines provides professionally chauffeured vintage automobile services for weddings, proposals, celebrations, and related events throughout Virginia. All vehicles are operated solely by our licensed, professional chauffeurs. Client operation of any vehicle is strictly prohibited.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed reservation agreement and payment of the required retainer. Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

3. Retainer & Payment

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Classic Car Limousines.
Cancellations with 15 or more days' notice: the retainer is forfeited, but no further charges apply.
Cancellations with fewer than 15 days' notice: 100% of the total booking fee may be charged.
In the event of extreme circumstances we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. One complimentary reschedule may be granted if requested at least 30 days in advance, at our discretion.

6. Vehicle & Chauffeur

Classic Car Limousines reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues.
Our chauffeurs follow all applicable Virginia traffic laws and professional standards.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear.

7. Décor & Personal Items

Clients are welcome to supply their own florals or décor. Any décor installation time that extends beyond the agreed schedule is billable at the hourly rate. We are not responsible for décor items left in the vehicle.

8. Alcohol

Virginia law prohibits open containers of alcohol in moving vehicles. Beverage service is available only when the vehicle is stationary.

9. Photography & Media

By booking with Classic Car Limousines, you grant us permission to use photos or videos captured during your event for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to your event date that you do not consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Classic Car Limousines shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
